If you already have authorization and have a user name and password, you may go directly to login as an existing user. To obtain authorization to access this section, see Obtaining Authorization below.

Obtaining Authorization

To gain access to this secure section, you must get authorization from Educational Testing Service (ETS). Once a user name and password has been created, you must follow the Pre-Download Instructions. You can then login and access the online attendance rosters.

  • Paper-Based Test Center (PBT) TCAs should contact their Test Administration Services (TAS) representative at 1-800-257-5123.
  • Computer-Administered Test Center (CAT) and STN Test Center TCAs should contact their HED representative at EPPAdmin@ets.org or 1-609-683-2479.

Pre-Download Instructions for PBT, CAT/STN Test Centers

Follow these instructions if you are downloading attendance rosters for the first time.

Ensure Microsoft Excel is closed prior to completing the following steps.

  1. Click on the link "Roster Pre-Download" below.
  2. A pop-up box will appear. Click "Save."
  3. A "Save As" pop-up will appear.
  4. In the "Save In" field go to
    1. C:\
    2. Documents and Settings
    3. The folder titled with "your name." (This is the folder that contains the computer user name.)
    4. Application Data
    5. Microsoft
    6. Excel
    7. XLSTART
  5. Click "Save."
  6. Download is complete
  7. Login to the system

NOTE:
Microsoft Excel 2003 (or earlier) Users - If your security settings will not allow you to download the macro, on the Excel 2003 toolbar, go to "Tools," scroll down to "Macro" and click on "Security." Set the security level to "Medium" or "Low" and then complete the steps above.
Microsoft Excel 2007 Users - If your security settings will not allow you to download the macro, on the Excel 2007 toolbar, go to "Developer" and click on "Macro Security." Set the security level to "Disable all macros with notification" and then complete the steps above.
