Register

Online registration is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the established registration period(s) for your testing program.

Before you register, see Test Center Testing Dates (PDF) to find out what tests are being offered at test centers in your area on specific dates.

Registration deadlines are under "Test Dates" in the section for your program on this website or in your program's Registration Bulletin. Download the Test Registration Quick Start Guide (PDF) for step-by step instructions on how to register for a test.

Online Registration System New Users

When you access the ETS online registration system for the first time, you will be required to establish a personal account. You need to create a personal account on the ETS website even if you already have a valid user name and password on the SBEC website. To establish an ETS account, you will need to provide your:

  • TEA ID number
  • last name
  • date of birth

Be sure to establish your ETS account under the exact same name as your account on the SBEC website. Remember: the name you register under must match the ID documents you will present on the day of the test. If they do not, you may be prohibited from taking the test or your test scores may be canceled after you have taken the test.

You can return here to:

  • View your registration and make changes if needed
  • Reschedule or cancel your registration
  • Print (or reprint) your admission ticket(s)
  • Place orders for services, such as score report reprints
  • Check the status of previously placed orders
  • View your online score report

If you do not have an account, select "New User" below to create one. See the Quick Start Guide for New User Account Creation (PDF). Make a note of the user name and password you set up for this site; you will need them to access your account in the future.
